Right of Withdrawal Notice

1. Right of withdrawal

If you conclude a contract with us (purchasing credits or Marketplace access) as a consumer at a distance, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of its conclusion.

2. Exception for digital content supplied immediately

Credits and Marketplace access are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, and are made available to you immediately after payment. Under Section 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code, the right of withdrawal lapses if, before completing payment, you gave express consent for performance to begin before the withdrawal period expired, and expressly stated that you had been informed you would thereby lose the right of withdrawal. If you did not give this consent at purchase, you retain the full right of withdrawal.

3. How to withdraw from the contract

Send us an unambiguous statement of withdrawal (by letter to our registered address, or by email to info@coinalbum.eu) within the period stated in point 1. You may use the sample form below, but you are not required to.

4. Consequences of withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will refund, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the withdrawal, all payments we received from you, using the same method you used to pay, unless we expressly agree otherwise.
